from the Mill:

Whole Wheat Flour

Bread & Pastry

We’ve finished testing with our network of home bakers to prove these flours will work great in your recipes without sifting out any of the bran.

 

As all the home bread bakers will tell you, using whole wheat flour does raise the difficulty level slightly as it can be tricky to get a good rise when the bran content is high, snipping some of the gluten strands that would otherwise hold your loaves together for a lofty rise.

 

We are working on the packaging and will be announcing the release soon.

Rye Flour

Light & Dark

The aroma from this rye is captivating, you can almost smell the freshness right out of the bag.

 

We are very excited to bring this flour to your kitchen for blending into your favorite bread recipes or producing those hearty rye loaves that make such beautiful sandwiches and other goodies that highlight the rich, earthy notes of this grain.

Bran

For that extra little crunch and chewy texture, you are going to want to try topping your loaves with our fresh bran.

 

It also makes a fantastic inclusion in your muffins, cookies, and other bakes for added nutty, hearty texture. If that isn’t reason enough, we are confident most every doctor would encourage more fiber in our diets.

 

What better way than by using bran that has just been milled across the huge slabs of granite in our stone mills.

Durum Flour
